The Nanoscience Cooperative Research Center nanoGUNE, located at the Ibaeta Campus of the UPV/EHU in Donostia – San Sebastián, is looking for candidates to apply for the IKASIKER 2017 grants.

This call is addressed to university students with residence in the Basque Country* in order to collaborate with research groups during the development of their studies in the 2017-2018 academic year or in the summer time (July - August 2018).

Eligible candidates must fulfill all the requirements necessary to apply for the IKASIKER grants of the Department of Education of the Basque Government.

NanoGUNE offers to students from Physics, Chemistry, Engineering, Biology, and related degrees the opportunity to develop a research project within one of its research groups.

The projects offered by nanoGUNE will be similar to the ones described in this page (http://www.nanogune.eu/master-projects).

How to show your interest:

1. Interested students are welcomed to contact nanoGUNE's senior scientists and/or the supervisors mentioned in each of the above mentioned projects in order to explore the possibilities for a specific project. 

2. Once they have discussed about the topic, students must present their candidature filling the form below (enclosing their CV, Academic Record, and a letter mentioning their preferred project). 

Both steps must be done before 17 September 2017.
