The Nanoscience Cooperative Research Center CIC nanoGUNE, created with the mission of conducting world-class nanoscience research for the competitive growth of the Basque Country and recognized as a "María de Maeztu" Excellence Unit (2017-2021), offers
6 predoctoral positions
in the framework of the Call "Predoctoral Grants - FPI 2019" launched by Spanish Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities (MCIU).
The projects offered are:
1. SPINS AT THE NANOSCALE. Modification of the spin properties of 2D materials by Van der Waals interactions [Reference: MDM-2016-0618-19-1]

5. TUNABLE MAGNETO-PHOTONIC NANOSTRUCTURED METASURFACES [Reference: RTI2018-094881-B-I00]

6. SURFACE ENGINEERING FOR AERONAUTICS & AUTOMOTION. Ingenería de superficies a través del mecanizado enfocado a materiales empleados en la aeronáutica y automovión: proceso de mecanizado enfocado al material [Reference: RTI2018-095463-B-C21]

The PhD students will be enrolled at the University of the Basque Country Doctorate Program.
